Operation Majestic 12 was a joint US / UK Research and Development intelligence operation. “Majestic” applied to UK operations. “Majority” applied to US operations. Twelve members made up an MJ-12 panel. Each country had its own panel.

Members of the US MJ-12 panel was leaked in 1984.[2] The UK panel remains concealed. The objective of the operation was to conduct oversight over the global UFO situation. Operation Majestic spanned from 1947 until the dissolution of the Soviet Union,[1] officially ending December 26, 1991.

Majestic document[]

Majestic / Majority 12 served as an operative arm of The Aviary from 1947 to 1991 in both the UK and USA.

In 1984, film producer Jaime Shandera received an envelope containing 35mm film, that when developed, showed the images of an eight page document titled "Briefing Document: Operation Majestic 12".[2]

According to the MJ-12 document, the briefing notes were drafted by Harry S. Truman on 18 November 1952, prepared for incumbent President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

The document came into broader public knowledge in 1987[3] when it was published in Above Top Secret, by British author Timothy Good.

In preparation of the official releasing of UFO files by the United States in 2010, under the Obama administration, the FBI[4] marked the MJ-12 document "bogus" on every page.[5]

Majestic 12 intelligence is out of the scope of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. MJ-12 related documentation is actually handled and processed by the CIA,[1] because the subject is considered dealing with “foreign” elements. As far as the FBI is concerned, Majestic documentation is not relevant. The juxtaposition is that “Majestic” is United Kingdom affairs.

Skeptic researcher Philip Klass pointed out a few flaws and inconsistencies in the MJ-12 papers. Particularly regarding incorrect ranks assigned on some of the members of the group. This indicates that some of the MJ-12 members listed were not really Majestic.[2] A close look into Roscoe Hillenkoetter’s position as Director of Central Intelligence, shows that Hillenkoetter really didn’t know what was going on. The “UFO booklets” Hillenkoetter submitted to Harry S. Truman wasn’t even looked at because Truman wasn’t even interested in seeing army summaries of "Majic" material.

Phillip Klass noticed with the MJ-12 papers, odd formatting that didn’t match with standard government briefs of their vintage.[2] This means if the Majestic Operation really did exist, it was part of a secret government, or Deep State.

MJ-12 members 1947[]

The Majestic 12 members were first assigned on 24 September 1947, according to Operation Majestic 12.[6] Some of the MJ-12 members also became part of the President's Special Panel two days later (see right), like Vannevar Bush, Detlev Bronk, and Vandenberg. In 1950, some members like Hillenkoetter and Forrestal were replaced. It may be considered that by the end of US President Truman's term, an entirely new body of Majestic 12 members came into effect. The following are MJ-12 members during Truman's term:

President's Special Panel 1947[]

The Majestic 1st Annual Report (1952) gives the President's Special Panel established two days after Majestic 12, on 26 September 1947.[7] The Panel was to be overseen by Majestic 12. Some Panel members given in this list were also Majestic 12 members in 1947, according to Operation Majestic 12. The President's Special Panel lasted to the end of President Truman's term.

Dr. Vannever Bush, CHAIRMAN

MJ-12 dissolved[]

The MJ-12 Project was established upon recommendation of Vannevar Bush and ended with George H. W. Bush. Vannevar does not appear on the Wikipedia Bush family tree (See also Wikipedia conspiracy), leading some researchers (even professional) to believe that they are not related.[8]

In the Wilson meeting 2002 notes, it explains that between us and "them" (the aliens) are "the watch committee" or "gatekeepers".[9] According to released CIA records, during the Cold War, the Watch Committee was relied upon as an oversight committee in preventing communism in United States.[10] Psycological warfare programs thus ensued, such as the establishment of the Psychological Strategy Board.

The names given on a 1960 intelligence assessment report, show that Allen Dulles, dir. of CIA[11] was privy to Majestic operations. Dulles’ major concern, given in MJ-12 Project Operations Review, regarded the UFO situation and the Soviet Union.

Gorbachev and Reagan

With an American cowboy actor in place as President of the United States—Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev as leader of the Soviet Union, efforts to dissolve the Soviet Union proceeded. The collapse of the Soviet Union would establish a new era, or as George H. W. Bush said on September 11, 1990—“a new world order”. The Soviet Union officially ended on December 26, 1991, ceasing the MJ-12 Project.

Legacy[]

All matters regarding the UFO situation and the Alien agenda, at least in the United States, are goverened by The Aviary. A Deep State has developed to such a degree that it almost doesn’t matter who says what anymore. The new covert tactic is to put it all out there. Strangley enough the entire world (except Russia and Germany) released their coveted UFO files from 2009 to 2013. In the United States, the FBI, CIA and NSA joined in the joys of releasing UFO files, with great glee to write “Bogus” on everything.
